Plumbing has a reputation problem, and most of it is earned. The complaints people have are always the same three: a price that changed after the work started, a repair that fixed the symptom and came back, and a company that would not explain what it actually found.
We built the way we work around those three things.
You get the price before anything starts. Not a range, not a call back once the wall is open. If we find something genuinely unexpected once we are in, work stops and you get a new number to approve. It is your house and your money.
We diagnose before we sell. A blocked drain gets a camera. A suspected slab leak gets a meter test and a locate. A cast iron quote comes from footage of the inside of your pipe, not from the year the house was built. That is also why we say no to work sometimes. Jetting a pipe that has already lost its bottom is not a service, and we would rather lose the job than do it.
You see what we see. Camera footage, meter readings, the actual condition of the line. You should not have to take a stranger word for a four figure repair.
We tell you when the cheap answer is the right answer. Not every old house needs a full repipe. Not every clog needs jetting. Sometimes the honest recommendation is to change a habit in the kitchen and call us in five years.
